Jessica Maxwell, PhD, OTD, OTR, CEAS, ACUE, CTIS, AOEAS
Dr. Jessica Maxwell is the owner and founder of ErgoMax Solutions, PLLC established in 2022. She is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEAS) and Advanced Office Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (AOEAS) with over 9 years of experience and a registered occupational therapist with over 13 years of experience. Dr. Maxwell has her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration: Educational Leadership and her post-professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD). Dr. Maxwell has occupational therapy experience in locations such as skilled nursing facilities, outpatient, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers for the adult and geriatric population. Dr. Maxwell also has ergonomic experience in medical, schools, office, home, and industrial locations. She has taught doctoral and master-level courses for both physical and occupational therapy students in assistive technology, ergonomics, course development, accreditation, and home/environmental modifications. She has been involved in accreditation processes and development since 2021. Dr. Maxwell has completed research and national professional presentations involving implementing ergonomic injury prevention programs that have sustained the overall health and wellness of employees since 2016. She specializes in fitting the job and home environment to the person while maximizing work potential.
